The Tulane Executive in Residence Program allows current students the opportunity to learn from current and former executive-level alumni and parents about their career paths and what steps they took to reach their professional success.

Each EIR is committed to visit Tulane several times during the semester to engage in large, open forums for discussion as well as classroom presentations, student organization seminars and culminating with opportunities for students to meet one-on-one with the EIR near the end of the semester before finals.

A seasoned and visionary global operating leader, Debbie is Group Chief Executive of Accenture Operations leading a $6B billion portfolio of business process services employing 130,000+ people. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and Capital Committee. Debbie served on the board of Avanade, a technology solutions and managed services provider offering innovative insights and expertise in Microsoft technologies. She is a results-driven strategic thinker, mentor and problem solver with a long track record of envisioning and executing transformative change, deploying leading edge technologies such as blockchain, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and artificial intelligence for a multitude of Fortune 500 companies.

Virtual Student Organization/Class Meetings
April 14 – 17

For the remainder of the semester, Deb will schedule virtual meetings with student organizations and classes to discuss career planning and keys to success for students interested in a consulting career. These will be arranged directly with student organization leaders and faculty to be held in the evenings of April 14 – 17.

Stefani Greenfield co-founded the internationally acclaimed SCOOP NYC stores and is credited for pioneering a new way for consumers to shop at retail with her trailblazing merchandising concept – “The Ultimate Closet”. After selling SCOOP in 2008, Greenfield created and still currently hosts the first ever fashion/lifestyle show on HSN – “Curations Caravan”. Greenfield was a judge on Bravo’s “Launch My Line”, appeared in a monthly segment, “Fashion Roadmap” on TODAY and hosted “Unracked with Gilt Groupe”, an innovative web series of interviews with fashion luminaries and legends. Greenfield served as the Chief Creative Officer of The Jones Group for 2 years, leading design, merchandising and marketing of their portfolio of brands.

In 2013 she founded MY NEXT ACT, a global consulting agency focused on the creation, ideation and “storytelling” of brands. With Project Runway creator Desiree Gruber, Greenfield launched the accessory brand Theodora & Callum. Greenfield was the Creative Brand Director on the E! docu-series “House of DVF”. Greenfield is a Co-founder of Love Heals – The Alison Gertz Foundation for AIDS Education and a Board Member of GOOD+ Foundation and ACRIA.

From early 2015 to 2017, Rick Rizzo was CEO of Fleet Laboratories, a private equity owned company competing in the Consumer Healthcare market. Following a period of significant revenue and profit growth, the company was sold to Prestige Brands in January 2017.

Rizzo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston College.

Since the sale of Fleet Laboratories in 2017, he has focused the majority of his time supporting a wide range of non-profit organizations, while also remaining active in advisory support and board participation in Private Equity. He and his wife reside in New Orleans and Montclair, NJ.

Peter B. Luther

Peter is a senior executive with 30 years of proven leadership and a strong track record of delivering results. Peter has a diverse background in consumer-packaged goods, medical devices & diagnostics, nutritional supplements and OTC industries with global experience in both large corporation and smaller PE-backed company environments.

Peter is currently a Strategic Advisor for Permira and serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Soccer Foundation and CeQur. Prior to these roles, Peter was President and Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Innovations, a globally recognized leader in nutritional supplements. Peter joined Atrium in mid-2014 after the company was taken private by Permira and led it through its successful acquisition by Nestlé in March 2018 for $2.3 billion, a strong 16x EBITDA and 4.3x investment return. Peter stayed on to transition the business to through the end of 2018.
